Harvard Club of New York City Student Summer Membership
The 2025 Student Summer Membership Program will begin on May 26, 2025 (Memorial Day) and will last through Labor Day weekend September 1, 2025. This program is for any student currently enrolled in a Harvard degree program*.
Current Harvard Students can enjoy a HCNY Student Summer Membership for the 2025 summer season for a special rate of $50. This special membership offer includes $50 in non-refundable house credit for dining, guest rooms, and athletics!** In addition, you’ll receive access to a special reduced Fitness Membership fee of $60.00 per month which will be billed at $180.00 + tax for the entire summer.
*Students must be enrolled and provide a valid Harvard student ID. Offer letters cannot be accepted.
After submitting the Pre Application form completion of the Summer Student membership process is done in person at the Club’s Front Desk on or after May 26, 2025. This can be administered on Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday during the hours of 11am – 7pm. You’ll need to show your Harvard Student ID, and make a credit card payment of the membership fee of $50.
A pre-application must be submitted prior to completing your in-person application for membership.
Your welcome materials will include the current schedule of services and device/dress code guidelines. After your summer membership is in place, you can sign up for the fitness membership on the 7th floor.
*Your $50 in non-refundable house credit can be applied to the fitness membership fee. Any unused house credit will be forfeited at the end of the summer membership.
