Our fitness center offers a world-class gym filled with a large array of modern and classic equipment. Our certified fitness professionals with decades of experience are always available for questions or training opportunities. We offer virtual and in-person group fitness classes in our large studio which offers ample space for stretching and calisthenics. The 23,000 sq. ft. facility utilizes the 6th, 7th, and 8th floors of the Harvard Clubhouse.
Have your workout under the expert guidance of our fitness professionals – or rotate through the full circuit of multi-station weight machines by yourself. You’ll find your choice of treadmills, rowing and elliptical machines to help boost your cardiovascular endurance. Space and pads available for boxing too! Recover from your workout or Squash match by relaxing in our steam rooms or Finnish saunas. Massage services to resume soon!

- The Athletic facilities will close at 9:00 PM on Fridays from Independence Day to Labor Day inclusive.
- Holiday hours will be updated on the website and throughout the Clubhouse.
- Basket Rooms are locked 30 minutes after closing.

All members and their guests are required to sign-in at the 6th floor Reception Desk or the 7th floor Pro Shop Desk prior to using the fitness facility or playing a Squash game.

Members and guests may use the fitness center on a day-to-day basis with the daily fee or pay for unlimited access all year around. There are an array of amenities available to all Harvard Club members. Steam, sauna, complimentary towels and toiletries are available in the Club’s Locker Rooms. Members may also arrange for baskets or locker rental, which includes daily laundry service. Long-term full size locker storage is also available to help make every workout as convenient as possible.

Our staff of licensed Fitness Professionals is available to help members maximize the efficiency of their workouts by increasing strength, flexibility, coordination and balance. Group Fitness Classes
The Athletics Department offers a full range of individualized small group classes in a newly-renovated athletic space on the 7th floor. Classes include: Yoga, Pilates, Cardio Boot Camp, Body Conditioning, Core/Abs & more! Free for Athletic members!
Please note: All group fitness classes are complimentary with a fitness membership. Non-fitness members are $15.00.
