For New Members or Any Members logging in for the first time:

Please follow the steps below before using the HCNY mobile app, since your new website password will work for both the website and the app:

Username: Enter your member number
Temporary Password: Enter your last name — all lowercase, with no spaces or special characters.

Example:
Name: John Doe
Member Number: D0123 (D, zero, one, two, three)
Password: doe (all lowercase)

Have you logged in previously and forgotten your password?
Click the Forgot Password link and enter your member number. You will receive an email with your password. If you require additional assistance, please contact [email protected].
