Bill Telepan, former executive chef of three-starred
JUdson Grill, Gotham Bar and Grill,
Le Bernadin, and Ansonia, and author of the
highly praised Inspired by Ingredients, will
prepare a special dinner for Club members,
including carefully selected wines to complement
his dishes. Chef Telepan has a passion
for locally grown, farm-fresh ingredients,
resulting in mouth-watering, seasonal fare.
