First Time User?

New User Log-in (for Members Only): 

    1. Type in your Username, which is your personal audit number. 
    2. Type in your Password, which is the first initial of your first name, followed by your last name.

Example: John Doe, personal audit number, D0123.   (D, one, 2, 3)

     Username: D0123
     Password: jdoe

Upon first login, you will be automatically prompted to change your login information.
