Booking Multiple Rooms
Requests for more than two overnight rooms for the same dates are subject to approval by the
House Committee. Requests should be made in writing to the attention of the House
Committee, faxed to 212-827-1260.
Sponsoring a Guest
A member who sponsors a guest is always ultimately responsible for the conduct of his or her
guests and any unpaid charges accrued by his or her guests. Only Members are authorized to
sponsor guests for overnight accommodations. If you wish to sponsor a guest, you may send
your request to overnight accomodations at overnight.reservations@hcny.com or call us at

Guest Rates
Guests are subject to guest rates (including family members) and are permitted to stay for a
